Where the Time Was Going

An audit showed the site's biggest costs were unoptimized hero images, render-blocking CSS, and a caching layer that wasn't actually caching much.

What Changed

Converted all images to WebP with responsive srcset
Inlined critical CSS, deferred the rest
Added a proper edge cache in front of WordPress
